Information sessions for new students at ÉTS
Congratulations on your admission. By the time you walk through the doors of our campus for the first time, you will need to have taken a number of steps and taken the time to seriously plan your arrival in Montreal. To make your study project an academic and personal success, you will also need to familiarize yourself with how our school works and with basic academic and regulatory concepts.
You are not alone! The Office of International Relations is here to support you in all these stages and offers you information sessions to equip you with the immigration procedures, preparations before departure and academic jargon. Informative and interactive, take advantage of these meetings to address your questions to one of our international student advisers.
Our information sessions are for graduate students registered in English for their language of instruction.

This webinar is intended for international students who have been admitted to a study program at ÉTS that is longer than 6 months in duration. As such, you are required to obtain certain documents in order to study in Canada (CAQ, study permit, eTA or visa). The processing times for obtaining your official documents can take several months, so it's important to start the application process as soon as possible. A regulated international student immigration advisor (RISIA) will present to you the process of applying for these documents and answer your questions.
